Motion Specialties takes the time to work with you, your family members, or if you are a therapist, your clients, to find the best possible solutions for both the short- and long-term needs. We feel that the “team approach” is the best way to ensure we do a complete evaluation to determine what equipment will best meet our clients’ needs. All Motion Specialties locations across Canada have complete assessment facilities, allowing for client privacy and comfort.

1. Evaluation and Solution Design

Call us or fill out our online form and we’ll schedule an appointment for an initial evaluation. We can then make a recommendation for the appropriate equipment and technology solutions. Once you’re completely satisfied with the recommendation, our team of professionals will work with the appropriate manufacturers to get your equipment and, if necessary, have it custom-made for your specific needs. Motion Specialties is known throughout Canada for being able to provide the most complex custom seating and fabrication solutions.

2. Payment

We work with you and your clients to find terms that meet your financial needs. In Ontario the ADP program will fund up to 75% of the price of the majority of mobility devices. For the balance, we work with agencies such as ADP, AADL, ODSP, WSIB, March of Dimes, Easter Seals, President’s Choice and private insurance companies to help you find additional funding if required.

3. Product Customization

Once the mobility equipment is delivered, we work with you during the dispensing. Our goal is to ensure that the equipment you get from us is optimized for function, comfort and safety.  We will ensure that you receive instructions on the care and safe use of every product you get.

4. Service after Delivery

As Canada's largest mobility provider, we have access to the most qualified service and support personnel throughout Canada. No matter where you are, there are qualified rehab technicians and service facilities nearby to ensure that you have the appropriate equipment and it functions the way it was designed to.
